Should I quit because of the people

I just left my pre dental club at my university because I’m sick of the members. The pretty girls my age are degrading me for my body and a upperclassman embarrassed me in front of the club when he could have pulled me aside for an honest mistake. There’s a lot of other stuff but these are really putting the nail on the coffin because I don’t want to continue dealing with this in dental school
